Melissa is an Administrative Associate with 15 years of experience in the role. Before working in the investment field, she worked as a teller and bookkeeper for First National Bank/Frandsen Bank & Trust.

Melissa supports advisors by carrying out administrative tasks and making sure that everything runs smoothly during the day so they can focus on managing client accounts. The most important aspect of Melissa's job is delivering exceptional service to the clients while building strong, lasting relationships. She enjoys the new challenges the job brings every day - even after 15 years in the investment industry, she is still learning new things each day.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, her two daughters, and her four granddaughters. A lifelong resident of Pine City, she loves spending time with family, camping, and the outdoors.
